Section i, Inscr. 2, historical Inscription with date

This inscription is a continuation of inscr. #1. It is of particular interest because it contains the date of endowment and probably also some more historical information. The date is 1st of Ramadan 571 H. (March 14, 1176 C.E.(Gregorian)), but the upper part of the inscription is not yet read. For the specialist next folder (ia) shows the date as close-ups in great detail, viewed from different angles and at different times of the day. This may serve to check the reading of the date and to discover more details. Sorry for redundancies. For more information go to bottom of this page.
